Hi! I’m Liliana, an aspiring mathematician, who also happens to have a passion for creating visual art. My work in this portfolio showcases some of my favorite pieces of the past couple of years.

As a senior at Nashville School of the Arts, I have cultivated a strong foundation in mathematics, while also being a member of the Visual Arts Conservatory. My favorite classes have been AP Calculus and also AP Art. I’ve been told this is an unusual combination, but it’s always been the natural focus of my attention and interest.

After graduation, I’m eager to pursue a degree in mathematics at a university in the U.S. I’m interested in a career in math, but will never stop creating art outside the classroom and eventual workplace.

When I’m not drawing or painting, you’ll probably find me curled up with a book and my cat or dog (but almost never both at the same time). I also love to get out of Nashville and onto the ski slopes whenever I get the chance. I always find traveling and spending time in nature fuel my creativity most.
